Our Group Tours are guaranteed to run!

Many companies who offer group tours all too often cancel your tour at the last minute. We don't! For all of our group tours we guarantee that all trips will run i.e. we do not cancel any scheduled departures. This is however subject to there being a minimum of 2 people booked on the tour.

To date we have been lucky enough to have never cancelled a group tour!  And since we guarantee all our group tour departures, you can go ahead and fully plan your vacation with us, book your annual leave, purchase your international flights and obtain a vis if required etc. without the worry of potentially having to re-schedule.

How do we manage to do this?  We have planned the frequency and start date of our tours carefully and as such are confident that we will have enough participants on each group tour, guaranteeing that it will run. Additionally, with careful transportation and hotel allocation planning, we are able to run our group tours with a minimum of 2 people in the group - though more often than not group size will be in excess of 10 - and in some destinations over 20.

So if you are planning on doing a group tour, you can be assured that if you book your tour with us, you will be travelling on the tour dates that suit you perfectly. Not a cancellation in sight!
